Wisconsin-Based Agrace Expands Hospice Services Into Dubuque, Iowa

Agrace Hospice Care, a Wisconsin-based non-profit hospice provider organization, opened an office in Dubuque, Iowa. This is its first office outside Wisconsin. It provides hospice services in private homes and long-term care facilities. It also operates an adult day center and a grief support center.

Founded in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1978, Agrace has offices in Madison, Janesville, Baraboo, Dodgeville, Wauwatosa, Watertown and La Crosse, Wisconsin, and now Dubuque, Iowa. Agrace serves more than 1,600 people across the Upper Midwest every day.
