Wisconsin’s Community Care Connections Chief Announces Retirement

Jim Canales, the chief executive officer of Community Care Connections of Wisconsin, has announced his retirement.

His last day at the helm of the agency will be in January, according to a news release from the organization.

Community Care Connections of Wisconsin is a state-certified managed care organization that operates the Wisconsin Family Care Program in 16 counties in north central and northwest Wisconsin. Family Care is a component of Wisconsin’s publicly funded long-term care system that provides necessary goods and services to eligible seniors and adults with disabilities.
