WITHmyDOC Launches Remote Monitoring Kit To Support Chronic Care Management & Telehealth

On August 5, 2020, WITHmyDOC launched RPM@Home™, a "remote patient monitoring" (RPM) kit to support chronic care management and telehealth visits. The platform connects consumers with their care teams via telehealth, and provides the care team with real-time data needed to control symptoms and disease progression, and to facilitate proactive intervention.
