WMCHealth Network Assumes Full Ownership Of Bon Secours System In Hudson Valley, New York

Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) and Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH) announced the end of their joint venture partnership involving Bon Secours Charity Health System (BSCHS), with WMCHealth assuming full ownership and operational control of the three BSCHS hospitals in its Western Region. The hospitals are Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern; Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis; and St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick. The transaction also includes nursing home facilities, which will continue to provide uninterrupted care for residents and their families. Financial terms were not included in the announcement.
