XRHealth Acquires Swing Therapeutics, Expanding Its Platform To Mobile Digital Therapies

XRHealth, a platform for therapeutic technologies, acquired Swing Therapeutics, a developer of digital therapies and Swing Care, a virtual care platform for chronic pain conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition adds Swing Therapeutics' Food and Drug Administration (FDA) De Novo-authorized Stanza program to XRHealth's existing behavioral health and chronic pain offerings, expanding its capabilities in fibromyalgia and chronic pain care.
