Zing Health Partnering With Story Health To Offer Cardiology Benefit To At-Risk Members  

Medicare Advantage insurer Zing Health is partnering with digital health solution provider Story Health. Under the collaboration, eligible Zing Health members with cardiac conditions will have access to Story Health’s specialized care team. ;

Zing Health will identify eligible members at greatest risk of poor heart failure outcomes. Those members will have the opportunity to enroll in Story Health’s program and;engage with Story Health’s clinical care team including cardiologists, cardiac nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and health coaches. ;

Under the program, health coaches offer Zing Health members an additional layer of support addressing social barriers . . .
