Biodyne and Humana Expand Texas Agreements

American Biodyne, Inc. of South San Francisco, California and Humana Health Plans of Texas announced two new agreements and the extension of a current contract. Under the new agreements, Biodyne will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to Humana HMO and PPO members in San Antonio. In addition, the two organizations agreed to a 3-year extension of their current contract in Corpus Christi, Texas. Biodyne has been providing similar services for Humanas HMO in Corpus Christi.
