OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The American Managed Care & Review Association (AMCRA) has formed a legislative subcommittee to fight proposed restrictive state regulation of utilization review activities and to promote the creation of voluntary national utilization review standards. The subcommittee is part of the utilization review section of the organization.
