HAI Contracts With 12 Agencies in Integrated Clinical Alliance Program
OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Human Affairs International (HAI), now has 12 fully operational Integrated Clinical Alliances (ICA) according to Jeb Brown, M.D., director of clinical informatics. The ICAs, which were established in December, are provider groups that have agreed to participate in HAI's clinical outcomes program in exchange for receiving analysis of their performance. Each ICA is assigned a local clinical advisor from HAI, who reviews statistical algorithms on their clinical performance. ICAs who "underperform" are provided with case review and feedback, and similarly ICAs who exceed the norm . . .
