Comprehensive Care Gets Out of Hospital Business

OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News On December 8, 1998, Comprehensive Care Corporation announced that it had signed deals to sell Trinity Oaks Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, and the Aurora Behavioral Health facility in Aurora, Colorado, the last two hospitals owned by the company. The sale of these two hospitals will give Comprehensive Care about $7 million of working capital to invest in becoming a managed care company serving government agencies and managed care organizations.
