Preparing For The Employer Mandate: How Will Your Organization Be Affected?
The passage of the President Obama’s health care reform legislation in 2010 generated a seemingly unending stream of confusion and controversy. With a law that itself is over 2,000 pages (see Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) premium members) and a series of rules, policies, clarifications, and updates from the Department of Health and Human Services and other agencies, there is a lot of room for questions.
