The Health Insurance Association of America (IHAA) has issued a plan to reduce the number of uninsured Americans. The plan focuses on reducing the cost of health coverage for small businesses and would provide guaranteed coverage to small business groups with as as 25 employees regardless of their health status. Small group premiums would be limited to 150% of the cost of similar coverage for larger groups.
