PMR Corporation, a provider of disease management services for the seriously mentally ill, announced on January 21, 2000 that it has received approximately $3.3 million as a preferential distribution from Stadt Solutions, LLC, its former specialty pharmacy joint venture with Bergen Brunswig. As a result, PMR's membership interest was reduced to a nominal level. PMR will have no further role in the management of the venture and will no longer consolidate the financial statements of the venture . . .
