OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News On January 1, 2007, Community Care Behavioral Health Organization (Community Care) started work on a $519.4 million 42-month contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) to provide behavioral health services in the statewide HealthChoices expansion. The full- risk, capitated contract has a two-year renewal option.
