On February 5, 1997, the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS) and the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH) selected the Ohio Behavioral Health Partnership (OBHP) to administer specialty care for behavioral health services to approximately 1.5 million Medicaid recipients. Implementation of the contract is scheduled to begin July 1, 1997.
