OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry Statistics In 1999, only 13.8% of managed care organization (MCO) products covered more than 30 days of inpatient mental health care annually. Eleven percent (11.3%) of MCO products had lifetime limits on mental health treatment of $1 million or more.
