The Department of Defense has indicated that it will undertake a pilot project to determine how granting prescription privileges to military psychologists might affect “the quality and efficiency of patient care.”  A feasibility study by the Rand Corporation is due to be submitted to the Army Surgeon General in early April.

Following the Rand submission of the Rand study, a panel of experts would develop a curriculum at the United States University of Health Sciences to prepare . . .
