The Johnson Institute, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is expected to purchase the Chemical Abuse Treatment Outcome Registry (known as CATOR) from Ramsey Clinic in St. Paul, Minnesota. According to Susan Streed of CATOR the summer of 1990 will be the transition period for the purchase.
