This is the first suspension of laboratory certification under NIDA’s National Laboratory Certification Program, according to a report in the March, 1990 issue of Drugs In The Workplace. Without certification, a laboratory cannot conduct urine testing of employees of the Federal government or of employees licensed by the U.S. Department of Transportation . . .
