United Behavioral Health (UBH), a wholly owned subsidiary of Minneapolis-based United Health Group, (formerly United HealthCare), on February 10, 1999, announced that it has been awarded the Spokane County, Washington, mental health administrative services contract covering about 60,0000 Medicaid recipients.
