Delivering employee assistance programs (EAP) via the web has been shown to be helpful or extremely helpful for 92% of participants, according to research of Ceridian LifeWorks Online, an online resource offering a self-help approach to personal and business issues for employees with EAP's at their workplaces. The 2002 study entitled, "Motivation for the Use of an Online EAP and Work-Life Service," was completed by the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Social Work.
