ResCare Sued for Not Paying Home- & Community-Based Service Providers for Travel Time Between Clients

OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News On May 1, 2007, ResCare, Inc., was sued in Georgia federal court for failing to pay travel time expenses for workers traveling to and from job assignments. Payment for travel time between clients is mandated by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
