Texas Christian University (TCU) has received a $7.7 million grant from the National Institute on Drug Abuse for the study of how to improve drug abuse treatment for AIDS risk reduction. The five-year study will be headed by Dr. D. Dwayne Simpson, Director of TCU’s Institute of Behavioral Research according to a report that appeared in the November 10, 1989 issue of Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Week.
