Preferred to Start Work With Empire Blue Cross

On July 1, 1991, Preferred Health Care, Ltd., based in Wilton, Connecticut, will begin to deliver managed behavioral health services for New York-based Empire Blue Cross. We will be delivering services through Empire Mental Health Choice, a division of Empire Blue Cross said David Stone, Preferreds Corporate Vice President, Marketing and Sales. The contract will be rolled out over an eighteen-month period, starting with services for AT&T on July 1.
