Green Spring Mental Health Services of Columbia, Maryland has announced that it will provide, at no cost, intensive outpatient care to indigent individuals in Baltimore, Howard, and Anne Arundel counties in Maryland. Green Spring will make seven slots in its outpatient chemical dependency treatment program in each area. The total value of the 21 outpatient treatment slots is estimated to be over $100,000.
