Robert and LeAnn M. Lobato are leading a proxy fight to oust three directors of Health Concepts IV, a Tulsa-based chemical dependency program provider. Robert Lobato resigned as chief financial officer of the company in April of 1991. With his wife, the Lobatos own 30.5% of the companys shares, according to a report in the June 14, 1991 issue of The Wall Street Journal.
