Employee assistance program (EAP) enrollment in the United States topped 62 million individuals in the Year 2000 - an increase of 6.7% over the previous year. Of that total, stand-alone EAPs accounted for 49.4 million enrollees, and 13.7 million individuals were enrolled in integrated managed behavioral health/EAP models.
