OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News On May 29, 2007, Hythiam, Inc., and Comprehensive Care Corporation (CompCare) announced they will not merge, but will maintain close operational ties: CompCare will now serve as an administrative services organization (ASO) for Hythiam. The arrangement will provide infrastructure and support for Hythiam’s PROMETA® protocol-based disease management services for managed care entities.
