The survey of 1,312 psychologists, social workers, marriage counselors, pastoral counselors, and other psychotherapists also found that the median individual fees for psychologists and marriage and family counselors were $75 and $70, respectively. Social workers and other non-physician counselors reported median individual fees of $65.
