Century HealthCare Corporation of Tulsa, Oklahoma has announced the opening of LifeGate, its first Christ-centered treatment program in Phoenix, Arizona. The facility will offer inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services exclusively for adolescents, aged 13 to 18.
