EAP Directors Draw Top Salaries

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Employee assistance program (EAP) director salaries averaged $51,325 last year, roughly eight percent higher than the industry average according to a study, "EAP Salary and Benefits Survey" conducted by Employee Assistance Program Management Letter. EAP professionals with the title "director" earned almost seven percent more than EAP managers and nearly 22 percent more than EAP coordinators in 1997.
