OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News TennCare Partners, Tennessee's managed care health insurance program for 1.4 million Tennesseans who are poor, disabled, or uninsured, has extended its contract with Premier Behavioral Systems of Tennessee. Premier, a subsidiary of Magellan Health Services, will provide mental health service coverage for about 900,000 members of the TennCare Partners program through the end of the 2003.
