Protests have been filed by ValueOptions of Arizona, Inc. (ValueOptions) and Cenpatico Behavioral Health to contest the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) award to Magellan Health Services Inc., of the Maricopa County Regional Behavioral Health Authoritys (RBHA) contract for behavioral health services sought by Request for Proposal (RFP) HP63209.
