Res-Care, Inc. announced on July 9, 1998 that it has been awarded a new three-year contract for $14.1 million to operate the Outwood facility in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. The contract, which also contains four one-year renewal options, was awarded after a formal bid process and was effective July 1, 1998.
