Four Winds Gets Financing

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Four Winds Chicago Limited Partnership, owner of the Four Winds Chicago Psychiatric Hospital in Lemont, Illinois, has secured $21 million in financing from American Health Properties, Inc. Four Winds opened the initial 60-bed phase of the165-bed hospital in June, according to a report in the October 10, 1989 issue of Health Week. American Health, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust, plans to advance another $14 million to complete the hospital project . . .
