Intracorp, of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, is introducing its new PsychInfer service as a standard part of its telephone- based utilization review services. PsychInfer, an artificial intelligence system, will be used for early identification of mental health and chemical dependency cases that may require either telephonic case management or face-to-face assessments. “After a pilot test that started October 15, PsychInfer will become a standard part of our precertification and concurrent review services as of December 3,” said Dorothy Dugger . . .
