APS Healthcare, Inc. (APS) has announced its selection by Medicare Y Mucho Mas Healthcare (MMM) to provide a Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) program to nearly 33,000 Medicare beneficiaries across all regions of Puerto Rico beginning October 1, 2003. APS' CHF Program focuses on promoting lifestyle modifications and treatment plan compliance; providing education and support; slowing the progression of the disease and ultimately, helping those living with CHF feel their best and improve their overall quality of life.
