OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The Arizona Department of Mental Health Services issued a request for proposals on September 17, 2003, to administer a managed care behavioral health delivery system in Maricopa County. Services to be provided under the contract include treatment, rehabilitation, medical, support, crisis intervention, inpatient (Level 1 Behavioral Health facility), residential, prevention, and behavioral health day programs.
