Hycor Introduces On-site Drug Test

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst

Industry News

Hycor Biomedical Inc. has released an on-site urine test, known as ‘accuPINCH’, targeted for use by corrections officials. The ten-minute test detects amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, opiates, and phecyclidine. The on-site test will be used by parole officers to determine if parolees have violated the terms of their parole, according to a report in the September, 1990 issue of Drugs In The Workplace. ‘accuPlNCH’ works by adding urine, solution, and reagent to a plastic container.
