Maryland Hospitals Require Staff Drug Testing
OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News The 59 hospitals in the state of Maryland have agreed to conduct pre-employment screening of all hospital workers and on-going screening of interns, residents, and physicians seeking admitting privileges. In addition, the hospitals have agreed to provide treatment for those staff members found to have substance abuse problems according to an article by Stephen K.
