Proposed Legislation Could Eliminate Managed Behavioral Health in HMOs

OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Proposed legislation in Pennsylvania could severely curtail the application of managed care concepts to chemical dependency treatment in HMOs.
