OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News A study of EAP effectiveness, conducted by Alexander & Alexander’s Health Strategies Group (A&A) for McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), has found a 4- to-1 return on investment.
