BioQuant Develops Saliva Drug Test
OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News BioQuant Inc. of Ann Arbor Michigan has developed the SalivaSac, which is used to collect saliva samples for testing for steroids, cocaine,, and other drugs. The SalivaSac, which is about two inches in diameter, is kept in an individuals mouth for about five minutes while absorbing 2 to 3 milliliters of saliva, according to a report in the October 23, 1989 issue of Business Week.
