OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News CMG Health was selected to provide behavioral health services for Preferred Health Network of Maryland, Inc. (PHN), a Maryland HMO with 21,000 members in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Starting January 1, 1991 CMG will be providing a full-risk mental health and chemical dependency program for half of PHN’s members.
