Preferred Health Care, Ltd., of Wilton, Connecticut, terminated its hospital advisory contract with Four Winds Hospital as of October 1, 1991. The agreement was cancelled in exchange for $20 million - a payment of $18.67 cash and a note in the principal amount of $133 million due in 1995.
