Most executive teams are thinking about developing new services as a part of their long-term sustainability strategy (see Strategic Planning: Not The Same Old Process, ‘Hierarchy Of Purpose’ For Strategy Success, and Don’t Confuse Activity With Strategy). With the increasing importance of medications in consumer treatment, it’s not surprising that some of these new programs are centered around the role of medication in clinical treatment.
