Hello from our final day at the 2012 OPEN MINDS Planning & Innovation Institute, where we learned about telehealth from the experts, TeamBuilders Counseling Services. Fewer ideas are bigger in health and human services right now than the expanding role of technology (see Telehealth On The Rise all members), and the TeamBuilders faculty (Chief Executive Officer Shannon Freedle and Chief Operating Officer Sun Vega, M.B.A.) gave a lot of great advice on how organizations looking to expand and adapt in the industry can move telehealth from simply a big idea, to a big practice . . .
