As I was reviewing the executive institute presentations from last year, I was surprised (but shouldn't have been) at the presentations that were the most viewed. The focus of our executive members was on new service lines and new service delivery models. With the combination of new consumer expectations (see Have It Your Way and Making The Social Happen) and the payer/health plan focus on value (see Finding The New Market Space and Solutions Instead Of Services), 'traditional' service delivery models are being replaced by models that have a whole person focus, integrated consumer information, a better consumer . . .
