How To Gain Scale – Without A Merger

It seems like every other day, there is an announcement of a new merger or acquisition of health plans, provider organizations, and combinations of the two. What we hear less about are the collaborative initiatives that are used to create “scale” for those organizations—collaborations that make many forms.

These "non-merger" collaborative arrangements were the focus in the session, Meta Leadership: Creating Scale Without A Merger, at The 2019 OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat.
