Humana Inc. (Humana) recently selected and announced the four health systems that will take part in the insurance company’s new hospital incentive program. Through the program, Humana will work with the selected health systems to deliver integrated care and to decrease the rates of duplicative services, hospital readmissions, and complication rates in acute care inpatient admissions. Humana anticipates that the program will be able to improve health outcomes and reduce costs of care by focusing on more proactive and personalized care for health care consumers.

Jackson Health System (Florida)
